Mole Mapping involves imaging every mole on your body and applying artificial intelligence.
For accurate assessment with Mole Mapping we require the skin to be clear of any obstructions or impediments. We request that you:
- Do not wear any jewellery
- Do not wear sunscreen, make up, fake tan or moisturiser
Mole Mapping requires patients to remove all clothing except undergarments. Our melanographers are highly professional and will do their best to make you feel comfortable throughout the process.

Pilbara Mole Mapping is a detection and surveillance service and does not diagnose or treat skin cancer. We utilise dermoscopy and artificial intelligence to assist Skin Cancer Doctors in providing a diagnosis of moles that may require medical attention.
